JOB OBJECTIVE

Lead company's overall merchandising strategy to drive profitable growth across brands. This role is accountable for developing seasonal business strategies, ensuring resource efficiency, and delivering the right product at the right time, price, and quantity. Acts as a brand champion, aligning cross-functional teams and driving results that meet or exceed company's financial goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Merchandising team for brands and establish long-term strategies, seasonal plans, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze sales, competition, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks; adjust strategies to achieve targets.
  • Approve and monitor OTB, purchases, orders, and delivery schedules; ensure timely, accurate submissions to principals and vendors.
  • Oversee assortment planning, pricing, replenishment, and business reviews; provide insights from hindsight and market scanning.
  • Foster collaboration across functions, align annual/seasonal strategies, and ensure team execution toward common goals.
  • Coach and mentor merchandisers, build a customer-focused and results-driven culture, and share best practices across teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a fashion-related discipline.
  • 7–10 years' merchandising experience, with at least 4 years in management.
  • Strong retail math, financial acumen, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies, implement tactical plans, and manage cross-functional alignment.
  • Global mindset with knowledge of international production and merchandising practices; international experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
