What you'll be doing

- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer inquiries
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
