What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
