About the role

CPI Management Services' is looking for a Health Care Account "CSR" to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service support to our valued healthcare clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound calls from customers, listening attentively to their needs and providing tailored solutions
  2. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management system
  3. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements
  6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different customer needs
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer issues
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant IT tools
  5. Fluency in both English and Filipino languages
  6. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning
