Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or higher education level
  • 3–5 years of experience in U.S. medical billing, with 1–2 years in a training or mentoring role
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows and call center operations
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to manage multiple training batches and adapt to different learning styles
  • Must be willing to work onsite at McKinley Hill, Taguig City
  • One Day Hiring (Onsite Process)
