Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's College degree holder of Engineering - Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical is Advantage.
  • Can communicate in oral or written English and Tagalog
  • At least one to two years of work experience in a related field
  • Can perform clerical tasks with ease using MS Excel and MS Word
  • Possesses the ability to think logically and systematically
  • Possesses skills in Organizing and Coordinating
  • Has the ability to work well in a team and with others
  • Has the ability to manage workload and with keen attention to details
  • Has very strong work ethics
  • Can execute proper scheduling and delegation skills to Technicians

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages Technical and Service Team
  • Assigns repair tasks to Technician and closely monitors the task end-to-end.
  • Review of Job Order Sheet (JOS) prior to submitting to Technical Coordinator for Repair Estimate (RE) preparation.
  • Oversees all Service repair activities and ensures proper recording of all details of product/item/equipment being repaired.
  • Ensures that all Repairs are on schedule and returned to Client on or before deadline.
  • Conducts weekly meetings with Technical team, submits Minutes of meeting to Managing Director
  • Directly communication of suppliers
  • Sorting and Recommending Technical Solutions to the Managing Director and Implement with approval
  • Provide guidance and insight to management regarding technical solutions.
  • Report Project progress, including any changes made to plans and Mutilation
  • Contribute to Project planning and establishment of requirements
  • Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor progress of projects
  • Deliver products consistently, on time and on budget
  • Oversee user testing and report results – adjust requirements as needed
  • Work closely with Project Engineer during all phases of development of projects.
  • Review all work produced by the Technical team (office and site based)
  • Performs other tasks required by the Managing Director or Sales Director

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
