Business Development Manager

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local market.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Create proposals, presentations, and competitive pricing strategies to win business.
- Prepare business agreements, negotiate terms, and close deals in accordance with company policies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Professional work experience in at least one of the following industries:
- Primary/secondary industries such as retail, food, or agriculture
- Investment banking
- Consulting, including M&A divisions at accounting firms
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php95, Php110,000.00 per month
