What's the scoop?

As a US Healthcare Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging qualified clinicians to support Marvel's hiring needs across key specialties. You'll manage talent pipelines by sourcing from both external platforms and internal systems, conducting initial screenings, and capturing essential job preference details. As the first point of contact, you'll help create a smooth and professional candidate experience through clear communication, accurate data entry, and seamless coordination with Talent Advisors.

What you'll do

  • Source talent through external lead platforms (e.g., Vivian, Indeed) and internal ATS

  • Review resumes and screen for alignment to Marvel's target job markets

  • Engage clinicians via call, text, and email to confirm interest and availability

  • Gather information from talent including job history, certifications, desired settings, geography, shift, pay, etc. to prequalify the candidate prior to handoff to the TA

  • Log accurate data and notes in ATS

  • Coordinate with TAs to schedule consult calls

  • Ensure leads are warm and ready for handoff

What You Bring

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or staffing support, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment handling US-based clients/roles.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English, to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.

  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to manage large task lists and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high sense of urgency in managing candidate information and sourcing activities.

  • Demonstrated customer service mindset and a strong team-first attitude.

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools/platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating strong self-discipline and accountability.

  • Familiarity with the US healthcare industry and/or clinical roles is a plus.

  • Experience with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and collaboration platforms.
