We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Sourcing Specialist
to join our growing team. As a key part of the Talent Acquisition function, you will support our recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging top talent across various platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment or human resources, with plenty of room for growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Source candidates using a variety of tools including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and online databases.
  • Create engaging outreach messages and screen potential candidates to assess initial fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts by promoting job openings and enhancing employer brand visibility online.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates as needed.
  • Conduct market research on talent trends, competitor hiring practices, and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized sourcing data and metrics for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and eagerness to learn sourcing strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • IMPORTANT: At least 2 years experience of sourcing in a BPO environment.
