Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Pasig. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with clients to foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in logistics or delivery services is a plus
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Account Management and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
