QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 3 years solid HR experience with focus on recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, office administration, preparation and implementation of company policies, training & development gained from related company.
- Outgoing, self-motivated, independent, strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-orientated with a can-do attitude.
- Flexible and able to multi-task.
- Good knowledge and well-versed with Philippines Employment Ordinances, Labor Laws
- Excellent command of oral and written English
- Exceptional computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work closely with HR team in recruitment and selection
- Design HR & Admin corporate policies, guidelines / procedures, .
- Assist in new hire orientation process following company guidelines.
- Resolve/manage employee relations issues, concerns / grievances.
- Respond to associates inquiries on policies and practices,
- Support annual and periodic performance review process and assist in the review and analysis of performance results and related follow-up actions
- Assist in the implementation and administration of corporate programs and initiatives which include but not limited to the review of HR policies
- Ensure files and documentation for associates and organization are current, accurate and in compliance with employment rules and regulations
- Provide HR reports and analysis on a regular basis.
- Assist in supporting the day–to–day operation of the office.
- Administering essential services and liaising with office building management
- Assist in organizing office functions and activities.
Assignment Location: Grace Park, Caloocan City
Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
