We are seeking a talented Technical Assistant to join our team at MDLD Interchemical Industries Inc' in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will provide crucial support to our technical department. As a Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

· Degree in Pharmacy or any science-related courses.

· Board Passers or non-board passers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

· Assists in coordinating with API manufacturers on issues of discrepancies and other matters, such as the documents required for registration and various applications.

· Facilitates the purchase of raw materials locally, depending on the requirements.

· Facilitates the purchase of Reference Standards and Impurities for QC, AD, and other clients.

· Processes remittance and requests payment for purchases specifically for R&D and standards and impurities.

· Monitors the issuance of PO using the system.

· Receives and dispatches sample from foreign suppliers.

· Updates the status of materials in priority, low stocks, and for buffer.

· Processes the online application of Import Permit/Certification in PDEA-DDB.

· Processes the submission of Semi-Annual Report of Controlled Substances in PDEA-DDB.

· Facilitates the renewal of LTOs in BAI/FDA/PDEA.

· Assists in compliance with customer vendor audits.
