We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will access and collect data from multiple sources to centralize and analyze it for reporting and insight gathering. You will transform raw data into structured information, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making in our business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Cleanse data and scrutinize reports to identify and rectify errors.
  • Collecting Data from Various Sources: Gather data from databases, APIs, and third-party sources, ensuring the upkeep of databases and data systems.
  • Interpret Data: Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate datasets.
  • Provide Actionable Recommendations: Use data to shape features, game economy, and future product roadmaps.
  • Data Reporting: Create charts, visual aids and presentations to communicate data insights to the relevant teams to support decision-making across departments, and to facilitate company-wide understanding of business KPIs and player experience.
  • Developing and Supporting Reporting Processes: Create and maintain processes for generating accurate, timely reports to help stakeholders understand key data insights.
  • Identify Opportunities for Process Enhancements: Seek out and implement improvements to data collection and analysis processes.
  • Engage with Managers from Various Departments: Collaborate with department managers to specify data requirements for tailored analysis projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst. Gaming and Media industry experience and dashboard building is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Google spreadsheets, and experience with Tableau, QuickSight, DBT or similar analytical tools.
  • Data Querying: Ability to query data to evaluate ongoing user behavior and interests in relation to existing features using languages such as SQL or R.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate data results and conclusions.
