We're seeking a Data Operations Support Engineer to maintain and support the systems that store and process customer and member information. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate data handling, compliance with AML and PII policies, and smooth system performance across mainframe and SQL environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Experience working with IMS DC and mainframe data screens
  • Proficient in SQL for data validation and updates
  • Good understanding of financial customer data structures
  • Familiarity with Conversant tool is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day data maintenance and validation in member databases
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to customer information
  • Troubleshoot data and system-related issues within mainframe environments
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with data privacy and AML standards
  • Coordinate with IT and business teams on data integrity and access issues
  • Execute SQL queries for reporting and quality checks
  • Document processes, logs, and resolutions for transparency
  • Participate in data quality improvement and automation initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php60,000.00 per month
