Our valued client, Onodera User Run, is looking for a Center Manager to join their team in the Philippines. This is a direct-hire role with Onodera User Run's language center branch—OUR Blooming Academy - Marikina Center.
Position: Center Manager
Location: Marikina
Employer: Onodera User Run Co. Ltd. (Language Center Branch)
Salary: ₱100,000 + Reimbursement for commuting expense
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education, Business Management, or related field preferred.
- Native speaker or holder of JLPT N1 certification (Japanese Language Proficiency Test)
- With proven 2 to 3 years managerial experience, preferably in the education industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage staff performance, student relations, and operational goals.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle conflicts professionally.
