Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, monitor, and manage dialer campaigns to maximize contact rates and collection efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate dialing strategies, including call pacing, call blending, list management, and call routing.
  • Work closely with the Collections Operations team to ensure dialer performance aligns with collection goals.
  • Monitor real-time campaign performance and adjust dialer settings to improve productivity and compliance.
  • Analyze data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dialer performance, penetration rates, RPC (Right Party Contact), and other KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot dialer-related issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for system support.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies regarding dialing, call attempts, and customer interactions.
  • Conduct regular audits of dialer lists, campaigns, and system activities to prevent errors or misuse.
  • Provide training and support to Collections staff on dialer usage and system updates.
  • Recommend improvements in dialing strategies and system enhancements.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in dialer management or workforce management within a call center/collections environment.
  • Knowledge of dialer systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with collection strategies and compliance requirements (FDCPA, local regulations, etc.) is an advantage.
