Job Description

  • A. Day 2 Control Functions: Perform audit /control functions on a regular basis for Collections, on their maintenance transactions against independent audit reports.
  • Review, develop and improve guidelines and processes to ensure compliance with company policies without sacrificing fast and efficient delivery of service.
  • Monitor delegation memos on Authorization Approval Media and other maintenance requests such as blocking and financial adjustments.
  • Monitor and escalate Security Maintenance Violations.
  • Constant communication with Officers, Team Leaders, Supervisors and Unit Heads regarding maintenance errors and offering solutions to address these problems.
  • Manage an orderly file of Day 2 Documents - Daily Review Findings, Maintenance Reports/ Audit Trails, Daily and Monthly MIS reports, Policies and Procedures and, Security and Maintenance Violations
  • Encodes MIS reports on Unit maintenance errors submitted to Team Leaders, Supervisors, Unit Heads on a regular basis.
  • Assist in the implementation of process initiatives and various projects (i.e. Self Assessment Program, Re-age Project, COB Plan, Risk Mitigation Programs in Collections).
  • Assist in implementing new Procedures and Polices provided by Senior Management to Unit Heads, Supervisors and Officers.
  • Implement additional control measures, as needed, to further strengthen existing processes in ensuring full compliance to existing Unit guidelines and Citigroup Policies and Initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in the areas of Credit, Project management, and Collections/Non-compliance
  • Proven ability to persuade and influence others
  • Experience negotiating with external partners preferred
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ensures publication of daily, weekly and monthly MIS exception reports
  • All identified exceptions have been regularizes with appropriate TAT
  • All quality reviews (Phone monitoring, QAF, Refresher Training and Adhoc) are all done on time
  • Investigate and support all complaints to Ensure closure within reasonable TAT
