Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager based in Mandaluyong. The Client Services Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. This role involves addressing client inquiries, developing solutions to meet client needs, and providing outstanding customer support. The individual will also contribute to enhancing client services strategies while fostering open communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Services , and Client Services
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and creating effective client solutions
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain positive client relationships
  • Experience in the retail or merchandising industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
