Operations Head / Operations Director
.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end operations of telecom projects and services
  • Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and timely project delivery
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (technical, support, field operations)
  • Develop SOPs, workflow improvements, and performance metrics
  • Manage vendor contracts, project timelines, and operational budgets
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and business growth
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational innovation

Qualifications:

  • 20 years + proven experience
    in the
    Telecom, ICT, or Network Infrastructure
    industry, with at least
    10 years in a senior Operations Head/Director role
  • Must have proven experience
    as an Operations Head/Director specifically within the
    Telecom, ICT, or Network Infrastructure
    industry
  • In-depth, hands-on knowledge of
    telecom operations, fiber network deployment (OSP/ODN/FTTx), and related technical services
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage large teams
  • Excellent knowledge of telecom operations, fiber network deployment, or related technical services
  • Solid background in project management and operations management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Capacity to manage fast-paced environments and handle multiple telecom projects simultaneously
