Job Description Summary:

We are actively seeking a seasoned Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist to join our innovative team in Clark office. The BIM Specialist will be a key player in driving the successful implementation and execution of BIM processes across various architectural and construction projects. In this role, you will collaborate with the Dubai Office project design teams, utilizing your expertise to drive the efficient creation and of 3D models, ensuring accurate representation of design intent

With a hands-on experience in the field, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing BIM workflows. This role requires expertise in using industry-leading BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, to create and maintain detailed 3D models, coordinate clash detection analyses, and facilitate seamless collaboration among project stakeholders. The successful candidate will also play a vital role in training and supporting project teams in BIM best practices and staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the BIM field.

Qualifications and Education:

Candidates for the BIM Specialist position should hold a bachelor's in Architecture and possess a relevant experience in BIM implementation. Advanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, and a proven track record of successfully managing BIM processes on complex projects are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of industry standards, building codes, and construction practices. Professional certifications, such as the Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or similar credentials in BIM technologies, are highly desirable. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are crucial, as the BIM Specialist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the overall success and efficiency of projects through their BIM expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php60,000.00 per month
