We're looking for a Sales Marketing Manager (
Brand Manager)
ready to take full ownership of a product and turn it into a high-performing, profitable, and well-loved brand.
Your Mission
You're not just managing a brand — you're
owning a business unit.
Your goal is to turn one product into a
winning brand
through smart strategy, data-driven scaling, and team leadership.
You'll lead a mini-organization: from crafting irresistible offers and creatives, to managing sales performance, retention, and profitability.
What You'll Do
1. Strategic Ownership
- Build and execute a full
Brand Playbook
— from Lean Canvas to Offer to CONFLOW. - Develop the brand's long-term strategy: positioning, pricing, and expansion roadmap.
2. Offer Creation & Messaging
- Design offers that separate your product from competitors (Category of One).
- Write or refine hooks, angles, and scripts that connect with your market emotionally.
3. Creative Direction & Testing
- Work with your team (Content Producer + Video Editor + Ads Strategist) to launch
20+ new creatives per week. - Track creative performance and identify what drives the lowest "Cost per Messaging Contact (CPMC)" ad with respect to target "Return on Ads Spent (ROAS)".
4. Sales & Retention Alignment
- Collaborate with Sales Associates to
increase AOV
and
repeat order rates. - Work closely with your retention team to design chat follow-ups, loyalty offers, and subscription-like bundles.
5. Performance & Reporting
- Monitor daily
CPA, AOV, ROAS, and repeat purchase
data. - Present monthly Brand Performance Reports (including learnings, pivots, and wins).
6. Leadership & Development
- Manage your brand's 5–6 member team like a CEO: Creative, Sales, and Ads personnel.
- Build systems that make your brand profitable without needing your daily micro-management.

"Winning Product Status."
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or brand strategy.
- Has led small teams or managed campaigns with ₱1M+ ad spend.
- Can think like a
marketer
and execute like an
operator. - Deep understanding of
Facebook Ads + Offer + Creative
synergy. - Strong analytical mindset; familiar with metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CLTV.
- Ownership mentality — treats the brand like their own business.
Industry Knowledge
- Experience with FMCG, retail, or e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Proven ability to design performance-driven campaigns and promotional strategies.
