JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing a branch operation in accordance with the company standards to attain company goals and objectives in the following Key Result Areas: Operational Efficiency, Sales/Marketing, Collection Efficiency, Remedial Management, Real & Other Property Owned & Acquired (ROPOA) Management and Net Income Before Tax (NIBT).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Change Management, Microsoft Office, Strong Leadership Skills
  • Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
  • Acts quickly, sense of urgency, able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to deal and handle people, able to guide, teach, coach, mentor, train, develop and motivate people into an effective, efficient and well-coordinated work force
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet software.
  • Candidate must be willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite Branch.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma/master's degree in business studies/administration/management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Customer Service, MS Office, People Management, Sales, Leadership
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
