Job Overview: Training Assistant
Be part of shaping employee growth and organizational success The Training Assistant supports the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs that strengthen skills, boost performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning. This role contributes to onboarding, employee development, and the overall effectiveness of the company's training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in assessing training and development needs across departments
- Coordinate and facilitate engaging, results-oriented training programs
- Support the creation and maintenance of training materials aligned with company policies and standards
- Conduct onboarding sessions and provide ongoing support for employee development activities
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
- Encourage a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, training, or a related role
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Willing to start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
