Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred; CPA candidates or applicants with equivalent strong accounting experience will also be considered.
  • Good understanding of US accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to support business owners directly.
  • Willing to work on a night shift or early morning Philippine time to align with US business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger.
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
  • Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable tracking.
  • Assist the owner with financial analysis, reports, and other business tasks as needed.
  • Support general administrative and operational needs when required.

  • Night shift/ Early morning shift (PH Time)
