About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to produce monthly financial reports, perform analysis and reconciliations, and provide excellent client support. This role requires a strong background in accounting, analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple clients while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

You'll be part of a dynamic, supportive, and fast-paced remote team where your financial expertise will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.

This is a full-time, fully remote position that offers long-term stability, a collaborative virtual work culture, and statutory PH benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly journal entries and financial analyses for multiple clients
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts accurately and promptly
  • Assist the Accounts Payable and Receivable departments as needed
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze and clarify financial transactions
  • Work closely with CPAs to support audit preparation and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal standards
  • Maintain organized and accurate records and reports
  • Contribute to a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar accounting role
  • Strong understanding of accounting systems (experience with Vantaca is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong communication abilities and professional work ethic
  • Goal-driven with problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work U.S. business hours (night shift, PH time)
