Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple Distribution Centers, ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and control of finished goods. The role ensures accurate inventory management, timely preparation of warehouse reports, and seamless coordination of goods movement to and from the Distribution Centers. The Warehouse Manager drives operational excellence by balancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality service, while leading a team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of assigned Distribution Centers, ensuring smooth inbound, storage, and outbound logistics.
  • Oversee the movement, storage, and handling of finished goods to meet customer and production requirements at the least possible cost.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure accuracy, minimize variances, and reduce losses.
  • Develop and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards in compliance with company and government regulations.
  • Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure efficient materials handling, storage, and distribution processes.
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs, including stock accuracy, order fulfillment, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, production, and distribution teams to support seamless end-to-end operations.
  • Prepare and review inventory reports, stock reconciliation, and warehouse performance metrics.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Initiate and manage warehouse-related projects, including process improvements, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.
  • Ensure proper use of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and other software applications to support operations.
  • Handle supplier and logistics partner relationships to maintain service quality and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
  • At least 5–6 years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution center, or supply chain operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with proven experience managing large warehouse teams or distribution centers.
  • Background in project management, purchasing and procurement, and production planning is a plus.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in supply and distribution operations.
  • Must be amenable to frequent travels to other distribution centers based in North Luzon: Tarlac, Clark, Bulacan, etc. and possibly South Luzon: Tanza, and Canlubang

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php90, Php140,000.00 per month
