We are an established enterprise operating for almost 30 years based in Novaliches, Quezon City. We are a 100% Filipino-owned business, fabricating and manufacturing all kinds of stainless steel products in different parts of the country and abroad.

Position Details & Salary:

Position: Full-time Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: Php 25,000/month (for experienced candidates)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime required as needed)

Job Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field is a plus.
  • Undergraduates are welcome to apply, but with at least 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication company.
  • Experience with inventory control, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with stainless steel products or similar industrial materials is an advantage.
  • Should have experience in report generation and documentation.
  • Must be physically fit, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Overtime required and must be willing to work permanently in Novaliches, Quezon City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail in receiving, inspecting, and managing inventory.
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially when addressing discrepancies in orders or inventory.
  • Ability to train and develop team members.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety protocols within a warehouse environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with staff, suppliers, and other departments.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, such as lifting heavy items (up to a certain weight limit).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Reports directly to Operations Manager.
