  • Maintains warehouse tolls, equipment and assets and minimize expenses incurred
  • Minimizes the instance of near expiry and expiry stocks
  • Coordinates with Sales and Marketing, CCD and Operations heads in creating product packages to maximize inventory turnover
  • Prevents the breakdown of equipment and minimize repair costs
  • Minimizes delivery expenses
  • Ensures all items are delivered on time
  • Creates, improves and standardizes warehouse policies, procedures and process flows
  • Monitors Reports submission monitoring report of Warehouse Team Leaders
  • Implements FEFO, FIFO and DIFOT Matrix
  • Moves inventory by scheduling stocks to be moved to and from the warehouse
  • Optimizes floor space to maximize inventory allocation
  • Maintains inventory by conducting quarterly physical counts; reconciling variances with the audit group and inputting data
  • Upholds safety of the warehouse through securing warehouse doors, windows and fire exits
  • Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns and calling for repairs
  • Oversees the accurate picking, packing and loading of items for delivery
  • Oversees all pertinent documents required for delivery items in a timely and orderly fashion
  • Trains, orients and counsels the warehouse staff in terms of maintaining inventory stocks in the warehouse
  • Trains the warehouse staff in further improvements of the disbursement of inventory via ASAP
  • Provides information to the development of warehouse staff in the improvement of productivity, quality and customer- service standards
  • Trains the warehouse staff in the maintenance and usage of warehouse equipment and tools
  • Updates the job knowledge of warehouse staff by participating in warehouse and facilities planning training
  • Performs other tasks related to the above

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
