About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Commerce Operations professional to join our team at DKC GROUP INC'. As a Digital Commerce Operations specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing the digital commerce activities of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee day-to-day digital commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfilment
  • Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall digital customer experience
  • Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital commerce systems and platforms
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making
  • Identify and address any operational issues or bottlenecks to ensure efficient and reliable digital commerce operations
  • Implement and maintain best practices in digital commerce, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital commerce operations or a related field
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
