JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Live Commerce Operator to manage the technical and operational aspects of our livestream selling sessions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in ensuring smooth, high-quality broadcasts across platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live. This position requires a strong understanding of live commerce trends, streaming tools, and e-commerce platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and set up all technical aspects of livestream sessions, including camera, lighting, sound, and streaming software
  • Monitor livestream performance in real-time to ensure smooth operation and troubleshoot any technical issues on the spot
  • Collaborate with the host, marketing, and sales teams to plan livestream schedules, product lineups, and promotional activities
  • Manage on-screen graphics, product links, price updates, and viewer interactions during the livestream
  • Analyze post-stream metrics (views, conversion rates, engagement) and report performance insights
  • Ensure livestream content aligns with brand guidelines and e-commerce platform standards
  • Maintain equipment and inventory related to livestream production

REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity in livestream operations, video production, or e-commerce livestreaming
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve technical issues quickly
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
