Job Title: Social Media Marketer (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and distribute engaging digital content using tools like Photoshop and Canva.
  • Oversee and maintain the organization's presence across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to market job vacancies and strengthen employer branding.
  • Monitor social media performance and interpret engagement data to guide strategy.
  • Stay updated on current social media trends to boost online reach and interaction.
  • Ensure all published materials align with the company's brand identity and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline
  • Open to entry-level applicants; prior exposure to social media marketing or recruitment is a bonus
  • Hands-on experience with creative tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar design platforms
  • Comfortable navigating major social media channels and interpreting basic performance data
  • Brings creativity, precision, and strong collaboration skills to the team
