Your Role
As an Digital Content Management Specialist, you are responsible for:
Digital Content Management Specialist
combines creative design and digital content expertise to produce engaging educational materials. Working with the Production and Education teams, this role supports the full content lifecycle — from design and CMS integration to AI-assisted learning resource development — ensuring all outputs are accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management & Production
- Build, upload, and maintain interactive learning resources (quizzes, question sets, exams) within the CMS.
- Maintain version control and ensure digital content remains accurate, current, and properly organized.
- Perform ad hoc content and data management tasks to support digital production workflows.
AI-Enhanced Content Development
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to draft, refine, and optimize Study Notes and other educational content.
- Standardize AI-generated content to match templates, tone, and style guidelines.
- Research and implement AI-driven improvements for content accuracy and efficiency.
Design & Visual Production
- Design and format digital and print assets, including layouts, illustrations, and templates for online and textbook use.
- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and Education teams to maintain brand consistency and visual quality.
- Prepare, refine, and quality-check design files for production across multiple platforms and formats.
- Utilize AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, DALL·E) to streamline creative output.
- Contribute to concept development, storyboarding, and visual mock-ups for new educational initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience using AI tools for content creation or design enhancement.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance creative and technical tasks within tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in collaborative, fast-paced production environments.
