Position Summary:

The Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing engaging content and executing digital strategies to strengthen the company's online presence. This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing content across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Design visuals, graphics, and short-form videos aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Produce high-quality videos and photos on-site (phone or mirrorless), edit content, and deliver within 24–48 hours.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement both organic and paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and local rankings (Google Business Profile, service-area pages, etc.).
  • Manage paid media setup and optimization using Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Performance Max.
  • Monitor analytics (GA4, Meta Insights, Tag Manager, Looker Studio) and prepare actionable reports.

AI-Enhanced Content & Tools

  • Use AI tools (e.g., Synthesia, ChatGPT, generative editors) for video editing, auto-captioning, background cleanup, and content ideation.
  • Employ LLM-based co-pilots to draft or refine hooks, captions, CTAs, email sequences, and landing page copy while maintaining brand tone.

Community Engagement & Collaboration

  • Engage with followers through comments and DMs using tactful communication.
  • Coordinate with micro-creators, influencers, and UGC contributors; manage content rights and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Analytics, Reporting & Sales Enablement

  • Track campaign performance, lead conversions, and ROI; report on CPL, CPA, and job value metrics.
  • Integrate lead forms with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and assist with funnel tracking and nurture sequences.
  • Maintain organized documentation and a shared content calendar (Trello/Asana).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, graphic design, and video production/editing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, GA4, and SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for media creation and optimization.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
