I. POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and support the project team, conduct comprehensive inspection in every work to ensure they are executed as per the project plans and specifications.
  • Ensure that the construction methodology and workmanship of the project are implemented as per design and specifications, maintaining acceptable quality standards and applying good value engineering practices.
  • Liaise with project managers, architects, and other project stakeholders to discuss and resolve project issues.
  • Evaluate subcontractor billings, ensuring that it aligns with the work accomplished.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, issues, and financial status to Project-in-Charge/Project Manager.
  • Cost estimation for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
  • Prepare and submit RFIs and RFAs when additional information, clarification, or approvals is needed from the design team, consultants, or other stakeholders.

II. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor/College degree in Civil Engineering
  • With at least 3 years of experience in Construction
  • Must have a VALID RCE License
  • High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms and conditions
  • Knowledgeable in using AutoCAD
  • Good communication and coordination skills
