About iSON Tower

We provide tower sharing services to mobile operators through our in-house integrated design and engineering, procurement, construction and project management skills in the Telecom domain. Along with tower sharing services to MNOs through Build-to-Suit (BTS) towers and Buy-and-Lease-Back (BLB) of tower assets, we also undertake long term annuity contracts such as Managed Services for Mobile Network Operators. Long Term contracts with MNOs allows us to focus on long term benefits, process re-engineering and thereby, add value to our clients and achieve optimum utilization of telecom resources.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (REQUIRED)
  • Must have prior experience in telecom infrastructure/industry
  • Must own a laptop
  • Willing and available to join immediately or within 2 weeks

Job Responsibilities & KRAs

Deployment

  • Ensure timely completion of site construction with RFTI declaration of sites with power.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs (30 days to 45 days for construction).

Site Construction

  • Supervise site activities as per design and drawing, and monitor vendor teams and contractors for their daily progress.
  • Govern quality control on sites and conduct inspections to check raw materials used and workmanship.

Conflict Resolution

  • Coordinate with lessor, Barangay, and neighbors for construction-related issues, and resolve them by addressing promptly.

Health & Safety

  • Ensure HSE compliance on site and escalate any irregularities observed.

Power

  • Coordinate with internal team and Electric Cooperative for permanent energization.
