  • With Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil engineering
  • Professional license is a plus but not required
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience as Quantity Surveyor, horizontal/vertical construction, cost estimation, or equivalent.
  • With COSH certification
  • Willing to be assigned outside of Bacolod City
  • Can start ASAP

Job Description:

  • Checks and monitor all materials delivered on site and make sure it is within the estimates.
  • Follow ups Purchasing Department regarding request and delivery.
  • Checks and monitor actual stock inventory on site.
  • Prepares estimates needed.
  • Checks if materials ordered has been delivered.
  • Reviews request coming from site and make sure it is within the estimates.
  • Checks and reviews receiving and issuances of site.
  • Ensuring the safe and effective operation of any and all areas and facilities in the organization;
  • Identify and assess hazards, risks, and control measures for a specific operation or process
