Job Summary:

We are looking for a Planning Civil Engineer to support project planning and execution through preparation of drawings, project schedules, and close coordination with draftsmen and surveyors. The role ensures that project designs are accurate, feasible, and aligned with engineering and construction requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and construction management (preferably in industrial or plant-related projects)
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost estimation, and engineering standards
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and update civil engineering plans and drawings for projects
  • Coordinate with draftsmen to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical drawings
  • Work closely with surveyors to validate site data and incorporate results into project plans
  • Assist in project scheduling, cost estimation, and resource planning
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
  • Provide technical support to the project team during planning and implementation stages
  • Maintain proper documentation and reports related to drawings, revisions, and schedules
