The role is responsible in planning, organizing, leading and controlling the overall trade marketing initiatives including supervision of Trade Marketing and Brand Activation in the Visayas and Mindanao operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/college degree in Marketing or any Business related degree;

· Over five (5) years work experience in sales, trade marketing and brand activation;

· Relevant experience in a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) oriented company with manufacturing background is an advantage;

· Experience with home and personal care is an advantage;

· Proficient in both oral and written communication;

· Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

· Leadership Skills

· Willing to be assigned in Mandaue City, Cebu
