Qualifications
  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or any related field
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Has experience handling or familiar with construction materials
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Ability to lead sales team
  • High-level proficiency with MS office programs
  • Capacity to work independently
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales
Responsibilities
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team
  • Track sales goals and reports
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to ensure attainment of goal and profitability
  • Provide timely feedback to top management regarding performance
  • Guide sales personnel in creating proposals and presentations
  • Review and analyze all sales documents needed for business development
  • Monitor inventory from time to time and ensure fulfillment
  • Check and ensure updated collection of daily and aging sales accounts
  • Conduct team meetings to address concerns and create plans
  • Propose pricing and promo activities based on market research
  • Monitor teams compliance with UBI, CRM/Netsuite updates
  • Work with SE on client meetings, regular sales visit, site visit/inspection
  • Coordinate with other departments for any sales related transaction
  • Conduct presentations during business review and national council meetings
