Salary Range: ₱100,000 – ₱150,000/month

Work Setup: Onsite | Monday to Friday

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for our household FMCG brands. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in brand management, consumer marketing, and trade activation in the FMCG or manufacturing space.
  • The ideal candidate will take charge of brand strategy, market research, advertising, promotions, and product development, working closely with Sales and R&D to drive brand growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing plans aligned with business and sales goals
  • Manage the entire marketing mix: ATL, BTL, digital, PR, and trade marketing
  • Lead the development and positioning of new and existing products
  • Conduct consumer and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and R&D to launch effective campaigns and promotions
  • Supervise creative development of marketing materials and coordinate with agencies
  • Monitor and manage brand budgets, performance metrics, and ROI
  • Strengthen brand equity and visibility in both general and modern trade channels
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience in FMCG, including 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Proven success in brand management, campaign execution, and trade promotions
  • Strong background in consumer insights, market research, and brand analytics
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
  • Creative thinker with strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • Willing to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
