We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our retail and food business. The role combines brand-building and campaign execution with a strong focus on sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Branding

  • Develop creative campaigns and promotions to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
  • Execute marketing strategies across digital, in-store, and traditional channels.
  • Conceptualize innovative events, activations, and social media strategies tailored for retail and food customers.

Sales & Partnerships

  • Support the growth of institutional accounts by pitching to companies, schools, hospitals, and other organizations.
  • Assist in proposals, client negotiations, and account servicing.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.

Market Insights & Execution

  • Research consumer trends and competitor activities to create data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign and sales performance, recommending improvements and new ideas.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Contribute fresh perspectives to strengthen brand identity and expand market reach.

Local Store Marketing

  • Conduct regular store visits to identify local marketing opportunities, assess on-ground performance, and address gaps.
  • Recommend and implement tailored marketing initiatives to support store-level growth.
  • Work closely with store teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with customer needs.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and conduct regular store visits across Mandaue City
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Open to young professionals with strong creative drive and passion for marketing.
  • Prior experience in retail, food, or institutional sales is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong digital marketing and social media skills (content creation, campaign management).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly creative, adaptable, and results-driven.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B or retail sectors
