JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Checks, posts, updates, and handles reconciliation of accounts receivable.
  • Prepares statement of account and account envelopes subject for collection.
  • Ensures all invoices for collection are accounted for.
  • Evaluates sales orders subject for processing and approval.
  • Prepares AR reports and files collection copies

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree of Business Administration
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and capable of working under pressure.
