About the role

Golden Century Marketing is seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to join our growing team in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. This full-time position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing general accounting duties such as invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining detailed accounting records
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Providing support to the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
