About the role
Caraga DN Life Metal Roofing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. As a full-time Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations and strategic goals of the company.
What you'll be doing
- Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Maintenance of general ledger accounts and reconciliations
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Control and deposit of collections
- Compliance with BIR payments and reporting
- In-charge in treasury functions
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc projects and reporting as needed
What we're looking for
- Graduate of BS Accountancy; preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role; fresh graduate are also welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and best practices
- Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
