Head Cashier

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of any Business / Accounting Related Courses
• Experience in Accounting is an Advantage
• Minimum experience of 6months to 1 year in job related function
• Willing to be trained in Bohol and Cagayan De Oro

Job Responsibilities:

• Has the ability to carry out effective customer services
• Initiates collection of receivables from customer charges and shortages of cashiers.
• Checks and monitors supply and availability of all accountable forms issued to stores.
• Ensure the safety of the vault.
• Prepare Cash Deposit and Daily collection report, in compliance with the Finance Department.
• Forward required documents to Finance for verification and compliance.
• Deposit collections to the bank.
• Tandem with Store Manager during End of the day Cash Reconciliation.
• Verify customer's check payments.
• Tasked to settle problems that may arise regarding the store's account with banks.
• Checks and supervises the activities as well as evaluates the performance of Cashiers to promote efficiency, discipline, and productivity.
• Checks Cashier's compliance to Cash Policy and Cashiering Procedure.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time
