
Assistant HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead people management, organizational development, and talent acquisition while providing minor support in HR operations. This role is critical in fostering a high-performance culture, developing leadership, and ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
People Management & Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization.
Organizational Development:
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Partner with management to drive organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop succession planning and leadership development programs to strengthen internal talent pipelines.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate selection, interview processes, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build a strong employer brand.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines.
HR Operations:
- Support HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure proper documentation, HRIS maintenance, and reporting as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Working knowledge of HR operations & compliance.
Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
