SEO & Analytics Management

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research for blog and website content.
  • Execute on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Generate actionable performance reports for all digital marketing efforts.
  • Track and optimize website visibility, local search rankings, and conversion metrics.

Google Business Profile Management

  • Maintain and update content, photos, and business information.
  • Respond to reviews and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Optimize the profile for local search visibility and monitor performance metrics.

AI Workflow & Custom GPT Development

  • Design and build custom GPTs for content creation (e.g., Google Business posts, newsletters).
  • Develop prompt templates for consistent, high-quality AI-generated content.
  • Integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT, 11Labs, and HeyGen into efficient workflows.
  • Document workflows and train team members on AI tool usage.

Strategic Analysis & Optimization

  • Maintain strategic content calendars across all platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and track marketing trends for real estate.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on performance data.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across newsletters, blogs, and video content.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • SEO & Analytics Expertise: Proven experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Custom GPT Development: Hands-on experience building custom GPTs and prompt templates.
  • AI Workflow Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of ChatGPT and Google Gemini for automation.
  • Keyword Research: Minimum 2 years of SEO keyword research & implementation experience.
  • Automation & Integration: Familiarity with AI tool integration and workflow automation.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent written communication and report writing skills.
  • Independent Work Style: Ability to work autonomously with minimal training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Certifications (Analytics, Search Console, SEO).
  • Experience with AI tools: , Grok, Canva AI, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity.
  • Video/Audio AI Tools: 11Labs, HeyGen.
  • Automation Platforms: Zapier, , or similar workflow automation tools.
  • Real estate digital marketing experience, especially in San Francisco market.
  • Visual design skills using Canva AI or basic graphic design tools.
