We are recruiting experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialists to join our growing team. You will deliver a full range of digital marketing services, including SEO, content creation, social media management, ad campaigns, and reporting. Roles are available in both part-time and full-time capacities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Technical audits, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, Core Web Vitals, link-building, and directory listings.
  • Content Creation: Write, optimize, and publish blogs and video blogs across CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.).
  • Social Media Management: Manage posting schedules, reels, stories, contests, DMs, and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Social Media Ads: Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including reporting and optimization.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio to measure and report on performance.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns as required.
  • Review Monitoring & Reputation Management: Track and respond to reviews across Google, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Strategy Development: Contribute ideas and implement marketing strategies to achieve measurable results.

Must-Have Experience

  • 5+ years of SEO experience (technical, on-page, off-page).
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience (content, social, analytics, and campaign management).
  • Proven experience managing Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc.).
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Skilled in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalent.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable growth and performance improvements.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills — Not Required)

  • Google Ads / PPC campaign management (Search, YouTube, Display).
  • CRO & A/B testing (heatmaps, conversion optimization).
  • CRM or email automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Advanced SEO areas: YouTube SEO, international SEO, or programmatic SEO.
