The
Stock Replenishment Planning Officer
is responsible for managing and executing replenishment strategies across stores. This critical role ensures the right stock is at the right time avoiding wastages, overstock and stockouts. With close coordination with store managers, demand planners, commissary, supply planners, logistics and other subject matter experts, there is timely deliveries ensuring availability of raw materials, tools, supplies and sub recipes at the store level.

The Stock Replenishment Planning Officer will provide the following regular reports:

• Weekly Replenishment Plan Per Store
• Monthly Review of Reorder Points and Safety Stock Level

PART OF THE SCOPE OF THE JOB WOULD BE:

1. Inventory Planning & Replenishment:

2. Plan and execute stock replenishment across all stores based on consumption trend, demand forecasts, stock availability and sales data.

3. Generate and manage replenishment schedules for all stores as aligned with logistics delivery plan and commissary production plan
4. Ensure no out-of-stock (86) occurrence at store level through proactive planning and rapid response mechanism.
5. Conduct root cause analysis of stock-out or overstock situations – and adjust plan if needed
6. Regularly review reorder points and safety stock levels per SKU per location

7. Ensure lead times and order cycles align with store operations and supplier capabilities

8. Monitor Fulfillment Accuracy:

9. Monitor Daily 86 in store level and provide weekly reports understanding root-cause of unfulfilled requirement

10. Maintain accurate replenishment records and update planning systems

11. Monitor supplier and commissary delivery performance, address fulfillment issues, and adjust plans as needed

12. Be a Leader:

13. Able to lead and initiate meetings effectively with cross functional teams when issue/s and concern/s regarding store replenishment arise

14. Address issues such as inventory discrepancies and use gathered insights from subject matter-professionals (commissary schedule, supply availability – from warehouse or suppliers of direct materials) that will require adjustment on replenishment schedules
15. Be accountable and have sense of ownership on planned inventory released

16. Demonstrate proactiveness and agility in decision-making in a fast-paced environment

17. Promote Continuous Improvement:

18. Be present and active in meetings and use sales trend and consumption trend insights to recalibrate store parameters per SKU

19. Identify opportunities to improve the ways of working and/ or improve modules

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineering, Logistics or with equivalent experience in supply chain, data management and business development
2. Preferably with experience/ knowledgeable in inventory planning, data management, inventory management and systems improvement Experience in a fast-paced, multi-unit food service environment is a plus
3. Strong analytical and Excel skills, ability to understand complex data, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
4. Head Office-based, daily onsite in Mandaluyong, may require visits to store and commissary
