Job Summary:

The Stock Controller is responsible for monitoring and reconciling inventory records to ensure the accuracy of stock data between the warehouse and the Finance Department. This role plays a vital part in safeguarding company assets by validating product movement, preparing stock reports, and supporting financial reconciliation for ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics inventory.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing stock transactions.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse and Logistics Department to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Reconcile physical stock counts with system or accounting records.
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, losses, or variances.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end inventory reconciliation and audit preparations.
  • Maintain and update stock monitoring sheets or databases.
  • Support the Finance Department in preparing inventory-related reports and analysis.
  • Ensure that all stock movements comply with company procedures and financial controls.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for stock adjustments or documentation concerns.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • Preferably with experience in inventory management, accounting, or stock control in a retail or distribution setting.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and organization.
  • Ability to work effectively with warehouse and finance teams.
  • Willing to work on-site at Baesa, Caloocan City.
