Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee the entire flow of inventory—from receiving, storing, and stock movement to the replenishment of our sales floor during event operations. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage a crew and large volumes of stock in a high-pressure, fast-paced event environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Movement

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, unpacking, sorting, and storing books and materials.
• Oversee real-time stock movement between warehouse and sales floor based on inventory levels and customer demand.
• Ensure proper labelling, categorizing, and binning of stock for easy retrieval and replenishment.
• Set and monitor KPIs such as stock accuracy %, replenishment turnaround time, and shrinkage/loss control.
• Maintain accurate records of all stock transactions, including in/out movement, damages, returns, and adjustments.

Crew Supervision & Workflow Management

• Manage daily schedules, task assignments, and productivity of warehouse crew.
• Train and guide warehouse staff in handling procedures, safety protocols, and inventory SOPs.
• Conduct briefings before shifts and debriefs after for alignment and issue resolution.

Logistics Coordination, Shipment & Reporting

• Coordinate loading/unloading of goods during event setup and tear-down (including container or truck arrivals).
• Manage shipment clearance processes including customs documentation, import/export compliance, and local regulatory requirements.
• Liaise directly with freight forwarders, customs officers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth and timely clearance of shipments.
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve any issues related to delays, missing
• documents, or clearance holds.
• Perform daily stock reconciliations and cycle counts, reporting discrepancies immediately.
• Generate logistics reports such as movement logs, replenishment tracking, crew rosters, and warehouse status summaries.
• Attend daily WIP meetings to update the broader team on warehouse conditions, replenishment plans, and resolve inter-department issues.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, 3PL providers, and transport partners to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.

Compliance, Safety & Space Management

• Ensure all stock is stored safely and according to space constraints and operational priorities.
• Enforce housekeeping standards and safety compliance within the warehouse environment.
• Identify and address warehouse issues proactively (e.g., bottlenecks, equipment needs, storage layout).

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Minimum 2 year in a supervisory or team leader capacity, preferably in high-volume environments such as retail, FMCG, or events.
• Proven ability to deliver operational KPIs and manage vendor/3PL performance.
• Experience with temporary or event-based warehouse setups is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working long shifts and extended hours during event periods.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel or inventory software (experience with handheld scanners or ERP tools is a bonus).
• Able to lead a team, work under pressure, and adapt to changing event conditions quickly.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over physical inventory.

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
